Andrew’s extensive hospitality career encompasses corporate, development, and operational experience across the globe. Andrew’s experience pioneering the Autograph Collection with The Kessler Collection, Executive leadership with Vision hospitality new development and engineering First Hospitality Groups Food and beverage division. Over the years, he has led the creation, negotiation, design, development and project management of a variety of new ventures. This multi-faceted experience has sharpened his skills and insights for concept development, experience creation, operations management and project execution.
With Elevated Hospitality, Andrew has supported more than thirty food and beverage ventures—from projects 700 to 60,000 square feet in size or fast casual to 5 diamond preferred operations. He has assisted clients in experience F&B development and operational optimizations, feasibility assessments, concept development, site selection, brand management, financial projections, as well as business transformations.
Growing up in a military family, Andrew experienced many different countries and cultures at a young age. He spent his formative years touring Europe, beginning a self-taught exploration of its flavors and techniques—an era to which he credits his culinary approach. Andrew graduated with a culinary arts degree from Lee College and later attended Valencia College, earning a degree in hospitality management. Certified Food and beverage expert with the American hotel and lodging association. Andrew Continues to help the next generation of F&B professionals by mentoring through the CFHLA, CMAA and Lee College Culinary program.
John’s extensive Hospitality & Club career encompasses regional & private, and national operational experience. John's experience enhancing the member experience with private platinum clubs. Regional leadership with Davidson hospitality and First Hospitality Groups Food and beverage division.
With Elevated Hospitality, John has supported more than thirty food and beverage ventures—from projects 700 to 60,000 square feet in size or fast casual to 5 diamond preferred operations. He has assisted clients in experience F&B development and operational optimizations, feasibility assessments, concept development, site selection, brand management, financial projections, as well as business transformations.
John graduated with a Bachelors in communication & media from Temple University and later attending Youngstown University for Masters in Business. Member of the CMAA and mentor for Temple student programs.
